QuantCore does not:

  • Execute trades on your behalf
  • Manage funds
  • Provide brokerage services

No Fiduciary Relationship

Your use of QuantCore does not create:

  • A broker-client relationship
  • An investment advisor-client relationship
  • A fiduciary relationship

You remain fully responsible for your trading account and capital.

Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, design elements, source code, scoring methodologies, and branding associated with QuantCore are the exclusive intellectual property of EminentRise.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Reverse engineer
  • Redistribute
  • Modify
  • Resell

Any part of the software without written consent.

Account Use

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

QuantCore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantCore and EminentRise shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses
  • Trading losses
  • Indirect damages
  • Data interruptions
  • System downtime

Use of the software is at your own risk.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Market data providers, hosting services, or external API failures may affect system performance.

Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Subscription & Billing Terms

Subscription Plans

QuantCore operates on a subscription-based model.

Access to certain features, tools, dashboards, or signal services may require an active paid subscription.

Subscription tiers, pricing, and included features are described on the website and may be updated from time to time.

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the selected plan:

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days
  • Annual subscriptions are billed once per year

By subscribing, you authorize QuantCore (or its third-party payment processor) to automatically charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Cancellation:

  • Stops future renewals
  • Does not retroactively refund the current billing period
  • Access will remain active until the end of the paid period

Pricing Changes

QuantCore reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time.

If pricing changes:

  • Existing subscribers will be notified in advance
  • New pricing will apply at the next renewal cycle
  • Continued use of the service after renewal constitutes acceptance of updated pricing

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable
  • Partial billing periods are not refunded
  • Downtime, performance variations, or user dissatisfaction do not constitute grounds for automatic refunds

Refunds, if granted, are issued solely at the discretion of QuantCore.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • Access may be temporarily suspended
  • QuantCore may retry the payment
  • Continued failure may result in account termination

You are responsible for ensuring valid payment information is maintained.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of access
  • Permanent account termination
  • Recovery of administrative or legal fees

Users are encouraged to contact support before initiating any payment dispute.

Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for any local taxes, VAT, or regulatory charges required in your jurisdiction.
