QuantCore is committed to providing a transparent subscription experience. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and how requests are handled.
Subscription Payments
QuantCore operates on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.
- Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days.
- Three-month subscriptions are billed every 90 days.
General Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
- Cancellations stop future renewals but do not trigger refunds for the current billing period.
- Access remains active until the end of the paid subscription term.
Refund Requests
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on exceptional circumstances, please contact support as soon as possible.
- Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Approval is at the sole discretion of QuantCore and may depend on the timing of the request.
- Requests must be submitted through support channels.
Service Interruptions
Temporary service interruptions, maintenance windows, or periods of degraded performance do not automatically qualify for refunds.
QuantCore may provide account credits in exceptional cases, but such credits are not refunds and are granted only at QuantCore’s discretion.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting support, your access may be suspended or terminated.
- Please contact support to resolve any billing dispute before disputing a charge with your payment provider.
- QuantCore reserves the right to recover administrative fees associated with chargebacks.
Changes to This Policy
QuantCore may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after any changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
